International Training Programs

PAKLN regularly offers training courses for developing countries, focusing on central and commercial banking functions. The goal of this collaboration is to transfer knowledge and enhance the skills of staff at partner central and commercial banks. The latest training methodologies are applied in these courses, leveraging group dynamics and the state-of-the-art facilities at PAKLN. Topics are typically introduced through classroom lectures, followed by group work, case studies, exercises, and discussions to deepen participants’ understanding. Cultural events and receptions further enrich these programs.

PAKLN aspires to become the preferred institution for capacity building among commercial and central banks in the region. To achieve this, PAKLN is in the process of strengthening and expanding its already strong foundation, having successfully conducted courses for Afghan commercial banks, DA Afghanistan Bank, and several other central banks. PAKLN is working towards extending its reach to additional regional central banks in nearby geographical areas.
